Documentation still ships last. That is the product risk.
Regulated software teams do not fail because they lack an ALM. They fail because the package an auditor needs is authored under deadline by whoever drew the short straw. Carbon exists because that pattern has a 13-week half-life.

Jama, DOORS, Polarion, and Jira are good at holding what a human already wrote. Carbon is not competing with them. It generates the BRD, SRD, threat model, evidence, and traceability those systems will not author for you.
